## What QNT is

Quant (QNT) is a blockchain-interoperability project, and QNT is its native utility token. Its core product is **Overledger**, an enterprise middleware/API layer that connects public and private blockchains, permissioned DLTs, traditional financial infrastructure, payment systems, and legacy applications under one interface, rather than operating as a conventional standalone Layer 1 [[15]](https://coinstats.app/ai/a/fundamental-analysis-quant).
