## What RLS actually is
Rayls is a purpose-built blockchain for financial infrastructure that links traditional finance (TradFi) with DeFi. Its stack has three layers: a public EVM-compatible chain with USD-pegged gas fees and built-in compliance; permissioned "Privacy Nodes" for institutions (10,000+ TPS); and the "Enygma" quantum-secure privacy protocol (zero-knowledge proofs, homomorphic encryption, Delivery-versus-Payment settlement).
