1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using K3vl4r ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Not Financial Advice

THE CONTENT PROVIDED BY K3VL4R IS FOR INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, TRADING, OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.

K3vl4r is an AI-powered price forecasting tool. All forecasts, predictions, and analysis provided by the Service are generated by machine learning models and are inherently uncertain. You should not make any financial decisions based solely on information provided by K3vl4r.

3. Risk Disclosure

Trading and investing in financial markets, including cryptocurrencies and equities, involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance of any forecasting model does not guarantee future results.

You acknowledge that:

  • AI forecasts may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading
  • Financial markets are inherently unpredictable
  • You may lose some or all of your invested capital
  • Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and largely unregulated
  • Historical forecast accuracy is not indicative of future performance

4. No Liability

K3vl4r, its owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from your use of the Service or any trading decisions made based on information provided by the Service. You use the Service entirely at your own risk.

5. Professional Advice

Always consult a licensed financial advisor, investment professional, or other qualified expert before making any investment or trading decisions. K3vl4r does not provide personalized financial advice.

6. Subscription and Access

Access to premium features is available through paid subscription plans and may also be granted through a linked Twitch channel subscription. Paid plans may include a periodic KVL credit (see Section 9). Subscription benefits and pricing may change at any time. Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable.

7. Account Termination

K3vl4r reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. KVL Token

KVL ("KVL", "the token") is a utility token used within the K3vl4r product. The following terms apply to KVL in addition to the rest of these Terms.

  • Utility, not an investment. KVL is a credit for use within the Service — for example, to access premium AI features and to participate in in-app features. It is earned by eligible paying subscribers and through in-app activity; it is not sold by us, and we raise no funds through it. We do not offer KVL as an investment and make no representation that it will hold or increase in value. You should not acquire or hold KVL with any expectation of profit.
  • Eligibility and jurisdiction. KVL features may be unavailable or restricted depending on your location and may require identity verification before you can withdraw the token on-chain. You are responsible for ensuring your use of KVL complies with the laws that apply to you. We may restrict, gate, or withhold KVL features by jurisdiction or account at our discretion.
  • On-chain transfers and self-custody. If you withdraw KVL to your own XRP Ledger wallet, you are solely responsible for that wallet, its keys, and the addresses you transact with. On-chain transactions are irreversible. We cannot reverse, recover, or refund tokens that are lost, stolen, sent to the wrong address, or held in a wallet you no longer control.
  • Issuer controls. For legal, compliance, or security reasons, the token issuer can freeze balances and has enabled clawback, meaning issued KVL may be frozen or reclaimed. By acquiring or holding KVL you acknowledge and accept these issuer capabilities.
  • No guarantee of value, market, or redemption. KVL has no guaranteed value. Any market price results from third-party, on-chain liquidity and trading that we do not control and that can change rapidly, including to zero. There may be little or no liquidity, and no buyer when you wish to sell. We do not redeem KVL for cash and do not guarantee any market for it.
  • In-app staking and rewards. Where the Service lets you stake KVL on in-app prediction outcomes, payouts are funded from the pool of participants (less any platform fee); you may lose the KVL you stake. These features are offered for utility and entertainment within the product and may be restricted or modified by jurisdiction or at our discretion.
  • Taxes. You are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes arising from earning, holding, transferring, or disposing of KVL. We do not provide tax advice and may not issue any tax forms.
  • Changes. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue KVL, the bridge to the XRP Ledger, or any related feature at any time. Internal KVL balances are product credits, may be adjusted to correct errors or abuse, and may have no monetary value.
