1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains what information K3vl4r ("we", "us", "the Service") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to this Policy. It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Risk Disclosure.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account information — your name (optional), email address, and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.
  • Usage and activity — your interactions with the Service, such as forecasts viewed, features used, community posts, and KVL token activity (earning, spending, staking, tipping, and withdrawals).
  • Payment information — if you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We receive your subscription status and limited billing metadata; we do not receive or store full card numbers.
  • Linked accounts — if you choose to link Twitch, we receive your Twitch identifier and subscription status to grant the corresponding access.
  • Wallet information — if you link or withdraw KVL to an XRP Ledger wallet, we store the public wallet address you provide. We never have access to your private keys or seed.
  • Technical and log data — IP address, browser/user-agent, and timestamps. We also record an IP, user-agent, and version with each acceptance of our Terms and Risk Disclosure as a consent record.
  • Cookies — a secure authentication cookie keeps you signed in (see Section 4).

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service and your account
  • Authenticate you and keep your account secure
  • Process subscriptions and administer KVL token features
  • Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents
  • Maintain records of legal consents and comply with our legal obligations
  • Communicate with you about your account, security, and support requests
  • Understand usage to maintain and improve the Service

4. Cookies

We use a single, essential authentication cookie to keep you signed in to the portal. It is required for the Service to function and is not used for third-party advertising. Disabling it will prevent you from signing in.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the Service:

  • With service providers that operate the Service on our behalf — including our payment processor (Stripe), an email delivery provider, hosting and infrastructure providers, and, if you link it, Twitch.
  • When required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users, the public, or the Service.
  • In connection with a business transfer (such as a merger or acquisition), subject to this Policy.

6. KVL Token and On-Chain Data

The KVL token operates on the public XRP Ledger. If you withdraw KVL to your own wallet, those transactions are public, permanent, and outside our control. Anyone can view on-chain activity associated with a wallet address, and a wallet address you provide may be associated with your account in our records. On-chain transfers are irreversible. See the Terms of Service and Risk Disclosure for the risks of holding and transferring KVL.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations (including consent and transaction records), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We may retain certain records after account closure where required by law.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including password hashing and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your password and any wallet keys confidential.

9. Your Choices and Rights

You may review or update your account information, and you may request access to or deletion of your personal information, by contacting us through the support system within the portal. Some information may be retained as described in Section 7. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. International Users

The Service is operated from the United States, and your information may be processed there. Availability of certain features, including KVL token features, may be restricted by jurisdiction. By using the Service you consent to processing of your information as described in this Policy.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date above and, where appropriate, additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
