What FIS (StaFi) actually is

Users stake Proof-of-Stake (PoS) tokens through StaFi and receive rTokens in return — synthetic staking derivatives anchored to the staked token plus accruing staking rewards — which can be traded, transferred, or reused in other DeFi protocols without unstaking the underlying asset [2].
