1INCH is the native token of the 1inch ecosystem, a decentralized exchange (DEX) aggregator and liquidity router operating across multiple blockchains. 1inch was founded in May 2019 by Sergej Kunz and Anton Bukov at an ETHGlobal hackathon in New York (parent company Degensoft Ltd.), and the 1INCH token launched on public exchanges in December 2020, alongside the establishment of the 1inch DAO [19].
